CPV: On November 1st, Minister of Resources and Environment Mai Ai Truc signed the Decision No.25/2004/QD-BTNMT on issuing the guiding of the consistent implementation of the Land Law. According to the Decision, leaders of the cities and provinces, and Directors of local departments of resources and environment will responsible for the implementation of the decision. The decision was signed in order to concretize and made changes in land management according to the Law of the Land dated November 26th, 2003 and the Decree No.181/2004/ND-CP by the Government dated October 29th, 2004 on implementation of Land Law. The Plan focused on three major tasks such as fufiling the licensing of land utilization's objectives, completing the land using plans at all levels, checking land users in the year of 2005.
