Matthew Powell, director of Savills Hanoi How does Savills assess the trends and demand for office real estate going forward? All the new office space we're working on has been expanding into nicer offices or been from new companies opening for the first time in Vietnam. Vietnamese corporates are expanding, so on the demand side, it's been very encouraging. For example, we're expanding our office this year and moving to a hybrid working style as well, so there has been a change in the way offices are used. Who said there was nothing exciting in Saigon?” Phuc said. Though Phuc believes it to be a shame that so few people are aware of all the interesting things to do in the city, he hopes to offer insights into Saigon’s hidden gems with tours of the city’s alleys, ancient tombs, rice roads, graffiti, Oc Eo Relic, and nighttime haunts. Cyclists take the ferry on the Saigon River early in the morning.
