The event was attended by Major General Ha Tuan Quan, Second-in-Command of the general department; and leaders of the Department of Vehicles and Machinery under the General Department of Technical Services and the Vietnam Registry Department, among others. Accordingly, the General Department of Technical Services decided to send 19 military vehicle inspectors from its military units in Southern provinces to support registration centers of the Ministry of Transport in Ho Chi Minh City and some Southern localities.
