(VEN) - According to the Ho Chi Minh City's Centre for Human Resource Forecast and Labor Market Information and local job recruitment agencies, the demand for high quality human resources will see strong growth in 2013 and the coming years. A recent survey conducted by Anphabe, the online network for management professionals showed that recruitment demand for high ranking human resources has continued to grow in 2013. Among 11 headhunters such as Manpower, Harvey Nash, L&A, Infinity HR, VTalent, Robert Waters, Career Planning and Talent Viet, six forecast that the senior recruitment market would grow from 10-20 percent in the next six months to one year; three other companies (32 percent) said it would remain unchanged until the year-end while only two companies (13 percent) anticipated that the demand would fall by 15 percent.
