Regarding the human resource, deputy Nguyen Thi Hong Sinh from southern Ba Ria - Vung Tau province said that the quality of Vietnam's personnel training and job generation amidst challenges of the globalisation process. The quality of education, particularly at the tertiary level, has not met current requirements, she added. Almost graduates are better in theory than in practice. Ms Sinh asked the Ministry of Education and Training to change training methodologies, focusing on practical skills. She also proposed changes in land management and urbanisation policies to generate stable jobs for farmers.
