A concrete floor at a construction site in the northern province of Quang Ninh’s Ha Long City collapsed, killing two workers. The incident happened at around midnight on Sunday at Citadines Marina Ha Long project invested by BIM Group. The victims were Tran Van Trang, 20, from Tuyen Quang Province and Ban Van Tho, 19, from Yen Bai Province.
