The top legislator of Vietnam will pay an official visit to Laos from May 15 to 17 at the invitation of his Lao counterpart Xaysomphone Phomvihane. It's always a pleasure to look at the menu, carefully crafted with dishes that have ingredients in season, varied, but not too many that it blows your mind. Nevertheless, it is hard to nail one dish down.
