The Government attaches great importance to clearing up queries raised by entrepreneurs, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan said on Monday. The deputy PM told the Vietnam Business Forum, a traditional meeting between business leaders, government officials and international development donors prior to the annual Consultative Group Meeting, that after each annual dialogue meeting with businesses, the Prime Minister has given instructions to help remove obstacles for them. Two new legal documents on care and treatment for HIV/AIDS patients issued by the government show that HIV/AIDS sufferers are being paid more attention. According to a decision by the Prime Minister on management, care, consultancy and treatment for HIV carriers and HIV prevention, health centers, rehabilitation centers and prisons must make profiles to monitor their health, consult, prevent transmission, provide care and treatment when necessary and bury HIV/AIDS carriers when they die. The Prime Minister has just issued a decree on implementing some articles of the Law on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control in detail. The decree stipulates harmful reduction intervention measures in HIV/AIDS prevention, anti-HIV management, distribution, usage and regulations for the care of HIV/AIDS-infected children, and helpless people living with HIV and the establishing of private centers for HIV carriers.
