The truck driver, whose identity has yet to be revealed by authorities, was carrying a 40-foot container on a provincial road in Ho Chi Minh City-adjacent Cu Chi when the accident took place around 1 a.m. Locals were perplexed by the accident. "I was sleeping when I heard a loud noise," a nearby resident named Thang said. "As I rushed out, I saw a container truck inside my neighbors' houses.
