The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has proposed to the National Assembly (NA) to allow Vietnamese people aged 18 to use casinos. HCMC proposes to allow 18-year-olds to play in casinos At a Tuesday meeting, the committee proposed to the NA deputies and the government to consider policies to promote the city’s nightlife for economic development. "We can pilot the organisation of casino games at 5-star hotels, major tourist attractions, and at the same time allow Vietnamese who are 18 years or older with full civil and financial capacity to participate," the committee said.
