Seventhly, between Decree No. 185 and Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP on sanctioning of administrative violations in the information technology sector (Decree No. 15), although there is not too much difference in the level of fines. for the same violation (for example: illegally collecting Personal information) but the remedial measures are not completely the same.
