An important legal framework On the basis of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) 1982, the National Assembly of Vietnam passed the Vietnam Law of the Sea on June 21, 2012. The law started to officially take effect from January 1, 20213, serving as an important legal framework to regulate Vietnam’s relations at sea and oceans. Dr. Tran Cong Truc shared that the Vietnam Law of the Sea has 54 articles in seven chapters. There are four contents legalized in the law, namely the demarcation of sea areas and continental shelves and assertion of sovereignty over islands and archipelagos; activities in Vietnamese waters; marine economic development; and the management and protection of sea and islands. Vietnamese both at home and abroad have closely followed the progress made by the squad, which triumphed the Southeast Asian Games for seven times and the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) Women's Championship three times, the diplomat noted. The An Giang province-born athlete grabbed five world championship gold medals in 2001, 2009, 2010, 2014 and 2017. He also triumphed in the continental competition eight times, taking seven titles in a row from 2004 to 2012, and another in 2014. Vietnamese-French agent plays vital role in midfielder’s move to France
Pierre, who preferred not to reveal his surname, has a Vietnamese father and a French mother. As a football agent, he had a working relationship with Nguyen Dac Van, who has been Hai's agent since late 2021. When he heard that Hai did not renew his contract with Hanoi FC to seek a new challenge in Europe, he reached out immediately. He flew from France to Belgium to meet with Van. In the period, the province has effectively implemented its overall strategy on containing COVID-19 and safely and flexibly adapting to the pandemic, thus facilitating development in the new normal situation. Quang Ninh collected over 27.18 trillion VND (1.17 billion USD at current exchange rate) for the State budget , an increase of 18% year-on-year.
