Four flight attendants of Vietnam’s national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines were apprehended on Thursday for bringing 11.4 kilograms of ecstasy and methamphetamine from France to Vietnam on a flight on which they were on duty. RCEP which took effect in March 2022, and 3% of respondents are utilising the CPTPP which was implemented in November 2022. FMM president Tan Sri Soh Thian Lai said 77% of the respondents have not started utilising these FTAs yet.
