It is an activity to celebrate the Vietnam Family Day (June 28). Accordingly, the food festival was held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and will be underway from June 25 to 28. The theme of the festival is creativity in egg processing from daily meals to luxurious dishes of Vietnamese and international cuisine. For the first time in Vietnam, visitors and Vietnamese chefs will have the chance to watch five celebrity guest chefs showcasing their cooking skills to create innovative egg dishes. The five Vietnamese and international guest chefs will act as judges for the “Creative Chefs” contest. The Cashless Ride program, as a part of this year’s Cashless Day, organized a fair in Da Nang City, central Vietnam on Sunday to introduce digital payment methods to local residents. The event attracted many residents and tourists, especially young people. Participants had an opportunity to experience cashless payment technologies as well as play games and win prizes offered by the program’s partners, namely NAPAS, Sacombank, MBBank, HDBank, VNPT Money, SHB, and Nam A Bank. The fair was an activity organized by the Cashless Ride, one of the programs within the framework of this year’s Cashless Day. Vietnam has greatly improved its living standards as it jumped 39 places to become the 62nd-best country worldwide for quality of life in 2021, according to a report by CEOWORLD . The Southeast Asian nation earned 78.49 points, ranking 62nd out of 165 countries and territories, registering a sharp improvement from its 101st position among 171 countries in 2020. It ranked seventh in the region, while Singapore took the lead with 87.64 points, followed by Thailand, the Philippines, and Malaysia. Singapore also held the 19th position in the global rankings.
