Cultural industry to contribute 5% of Hanoi’s GRDP by 2025

HCMC encountering difficulty hiring arts teachers for secondary schools
Candidates for the teacher employment process for the 2022-2023 school year. Being the first year running the new 2018 General Education program for grade 10, HCMC needs 30 teachers for Arts and Music subjects. However, after the first round of testing general knowledge and foreign language performance, only 3 teachers passed to enter the second round of testing the professional skills. To temporarily address this shortage, Principal of Trung Vuong Senior High School in District 1 shared that her school will sign contracts with visiting Arts teachers. She and other principals are considering the method of sharing Arts and Music teachers among schools in the same group to serve the demands of students. Malaysia expands scale of bird’s nest industry

The minister said the approval was granted after taking into account the industry's potential which has specific market demand. However, the approval depends on the annual production capacity of the companies involved, which must first be registered with the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS), and subject to the regulations in force relating to recruitment of foreign workers , he noted. Two Vietnamese scuba instructors based in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province are well known among international tourists coming to Vietnam to take up diving lessons. They emphasize protecting marine life during their training sessions. Nguyen Van Loc and Nguyen Tan Thanh are members of the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). With certificates of diving competence, they are qualified to provide PADI-accredited diving courses. Twenty years ago, Loc had a life-changing experience diving with a foreign visitor in Hon Mun Marine Reserve, Khanh Hoa Province. Vietnam’s Quang Nam wants to host national ginseng festival next year
The People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province in central Vietnam asked provincial departments and agencies to study the organization of a national ginseng festival next year with the aim of holding an international ginseng fest in 2024. The office of the provincial People’s Committee made the announcement at the conclusion of a committee early last week.
