Dawn on Queen (Hoang Hau) Beach, located on Ghenh Rang Hill, two kilometers from downtown Quy Nhon. He contracted leprosy, then an incurable disease, in 1937 and spent the rest of his life at Quy Hoa Leprosy Village, established in 1929 by a French priest named Paul Maheu. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thom, 26, on Friday carried her mother-in-law and her two children on a motorbike for a medical check-up. 4-year-old Yen sat on the front, while the mother-in-law and Thom's 1-year-old son sat in the back. On the way, Thom stopped by her father's house to ask her to look after Yen. But Yen grabbed on the handle of the motorbike and inadvertently accelerated the vehicle, causing it to ram into a fence.
