Hanoi (VNS/VNA) - Science and technology are key to agricultural production, allowing for increases in the capacity and quality of products and improving farmers’ lives. For many years, Hanoi has focused on solutions to promote the transfer of science and technology to farmers. However, to make science and technology the leverage for sustainable agricultural development, more supportive mechanisms and policies are needed, as well as the participation of the authorities.
