Visiting Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko attended the event. Held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the declaration on the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia during the first official visit to Vietnam by Russian President Vladimir Putin on March 1, 2001, the exhibition featured 20 photos captured by VNA and TASS reporters. The photos were arranged chronologically, reflecting the latest period in the history of friendship and cooperation between the two nations and covering the topics of politics, economy, military, culture, among others. This is the fourth photo exhibition jointly organised by VNA and TASS.
