In an article titled ‘Hanoi SEA Games ends in colourful, vibrant, spectacular style’, Vikneswaran Raman of the Malaysian news agency Bernama reviewed highlights of the Games’ closing ceremony at Hanoi's My Dinh Indoor Athletics Arena. The reporter said the ceremony, powered by stunning light shows and marked the rejuvenation of sports in the region. Vietnam Electricity gearing up to keep lights on for dry season
The Van Phong 500kV transformer station under construction in Khanh Hoa province (Photo: VNA) Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam Electricity (EVN) said it will make adjustments to the power grid to ensure power supply for daily public energy use in the second quarter - the peak of the dry season, when power generation becomes a serious issue. Daily consumption in April was estimated at 779 million kWh while load power stood at about 42,124 MW, rising 5.3 percent year on year. Difficulties are likely to linger on this season in terms of coal supply for thermal power plants . The State-owned group said coal shortages were recorded in Q1, at 1.36 million tonnes lower than the contracted volume, forcing thermal power plants to cut turbines, reducing output by 1.365 billion kWh. SEA Games 31 ends successfully
The event was attended by Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister, Defense Minister and Chairman of the 32nd SEA Games Organizing Committee Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh; and ministers, ambassadors, all contingents and athletes participating in the SEA Games 31. Special performances at the closing ceremony left an unforgettable impression on international friends and demonstrated Vietnam as a country deeply imbued with its traditional cultural identities and intensively integrating into the world. During the ceremony, the SEA Games flag was handed over to Cambodian representatives. Artists from Cambodia then had a performance of “Cambodia welcoming and blessing” to introduce their country, people and culture. Second group of L2FH Rotation 4 heads for South Sudan

11 teams to compete in 2022 National Futsal HDBank Championship
The tournament will be divided into two stages. The first stage will take place from June 1 in Lam Dong province with five teams of Cao Bang, Hung Gia Khang Dak Lak, Quang Nam, Tan Hiep Hung, Vietfootball. They will compete in a round robin format to decide the four teams that will progress to the second stage. The second stage will witness the participation of the four winners in the first stage and the top six teams from last year’s National Futsal HDBank Championships, including Thai Son Nam, Sahako, Zetbit Sai Gon FC, Thai Son Bac, Sanvinest Sanatech Khanh Hoa, and Hieu Hoa Da Nang. The ten teams will compete in two legs. The first leg will take place from June 13 to July 4 in Lam Dong province while the second leg will be held from November 5 to 26 in Can Tho City.
