Fast ferries to connect Con Dao with Soc Trang

On April 1, 1953, General Vo Nguyen Giap, Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) signed a decision to establish Anti-aircraft artillery Regiment 367 – the first kind of regiment in the VPA.
