On September 20, Chief of the General Staff and Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong chaired a solemn reception for General Chalermphon Srisawasdi at the Headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense. The meetings took place on the occasion of their attendance in the high-level general debate of the United Nations General Assembly.
