High-speed ship ticket to Ly Son Island sharply rises
The ticket of the express ship service to Ly Son Island in the central province of Quang Ngai has been raised sharply. The ticket will be increased to VND195,000 (USD8.41) per passenger to travel from Sa Ky to Ly Son. The same price is applied for the trip from Ly Son to Sa Ky. The ticket of the express ship service to Ly Son Island in the central province of Quang Ngai has been raised sharply Beside the higher ticket, people going from Sa Ky to Ly Son will have to pay a service fee of VND18,000. Train-electric bike collision kills one boy, injures another in Hanoi
A train hit two teenage students riding an electric bicycle when they were crossing the railway in Hanoi on Friday afternoon, killing one of them and injuring the other. A representative of Ngoc Hoi Gas Station under the Vietnam Railways Corporation said later on the same afternoon that functional forces are clarifying the cause of the collision between the SE5 train, which was traveling from Hanoi to north-central Nghe An Province, and the two students’ electric bike at 1:55 pm. While the boys were crossing a railway section in parallel with Ngoc Hoi Street in Thanh Tri District, Hanoi on their way to school, the train hit and knocked them about 20 meters away, according to the representative. The electric bicycle was badly damaged while one student died on the spot and the other was seriously injured and was taken to hospital. The Vietnamese athlete is the defending champion in the women's U64kg categories, where she competed against four rivals, including powerful Quinilitan Ando Elreen of the Philippines who threatened her crown at the last Games three years ago. Time flew fast, but Thanh practised hard. She showed her excellence in the snatch event with the heaviest lift of 98kg in the first attempt.
