The council also discussed the allocation and adjustment of the project's fund, which would be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration, said the chairman of Hà Nội People's Council Nguyễn Ngọc Tuấn. The men’s and women’s road cycling races attracted the participation of 43 athletes from eight countries, namely Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. Ayustina of Indonesia took the lead after clocking a time of 40:08.44 and an average speed of 44.13km per hour. In March, the Indonesian cyclist claimed silver at the 2022 Asian Road Cycling Championships in Dushanbe in Tajikistan. The silver went to Luo Yiweei of Singapore with a time of 40:47.05, while the bronze belonged to Thai Somrat Phetdarin with a time of 42:28.35. Vietnamese cyclist Lâm Thị Kim Ngân finished eighth with a time of 43:56.41. The women’s event attracted 11 cyclists in seven countries, competing in the 30km distance. In the men’s time trial, Chawchiang Kwang Peerapol of Thailand secured the gold medal while Cahyadi Aiman of Indonesia and Rosly Muhammad Nur Aiman of Malaysia bagged the silver and bronze.
