Carrying 400 passengers together, the flights using Airbus A321 aircraft landed in Da Lat’s Lien Khuong Airport and the Cam Ranh International Airport. The new links have pushed the number of routes operated by the carrier between Hanoi and other localities to five, offering more flight options for passengers. Earlier, the airline had already run flights to Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Quy Nhon. Vietravel Airlines on May 25 officially launched direct flights connecting two Central localities of Vietnam – Cam Ranh and Da Nang with Macau (China). As of the first quarter of 2023, Vietravel Airlines, which made its debut in late 2020, had operated over 11,600 flights safely and carried close to 2.5 million passengers, with an average occupancy rate of 93.7%. Vietravel launches new routes
Vietravel Airlines have opened its two first flights linking Hanoi and the cities of Da Lat in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong and the southern central province of Khanh Hoa’s Cam Ranh City. The flight to Da Lat landed at Lien Khuong Airport at 8:10 am. While the flight to Cam Ranh International Airport arrived at 1:40 pm. The two transported nearly 400 passengers. 2 waste-to-energy projects in Ho Chi Minh City at standstill after 4 years
Two waste-to-energy projects in Ho Chi Minh City have yet to be completed although work on them started in 2019 and they were expected to treat thousands of metric tons of garbage starting in 2020. The projects are funded by Vietstar Joint Stock Company and Tam Sinh Nghia Investment - Development Joint Stock Company in the Tay Bac Solid Waste Treatment Complex in Cu Chi District. The waste volume in the city increases annually, while burying waste is out-of-date and causes environmental pollution. As a result, Ho Chi Minh City needs to accelerate and put into operation waste-to-energy projects.
