A Vietjet flight (Source: Vietjet) Hanoi (VNA) - Budget airline Vietjet Air on July 1 resumed its air route linking Hanoi and Busan, a beautiful coastal city in the Republic of Korea (RoK). Initially, Vietjet will operate three return flights per week on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, which will be made daily from July 12. On the occasion, the airline has offered a an unprecedented price of 280,000 VND (12 USD) per leg, excluding taxes and fees, for tickets in air routes between Vietnam and the RoK. In mid-June, Van Anh and her family of four took a summer holiday in Da Nang, famous as the country’s most livable city, but they felt that the trip was made boring because they had nothing to do in the evening. "Besides swimming, eating out and visiting Ba Na Hills, I realized that Da Nang has very few services for tourists, especially in the evening. After eating, we come back to the hotel and there are no more night-time activities," she said. Thu Huong, another tourist from Hanoi, also spent a night in Da Nang last month and watched a fire breathing act on the iconic Dragon Bridge at night. She said she didn’t know what else she could do. The IBF Asia lightweight champion will fight Jules Victoriano on July 30. The match will take place at The Grand Ho Tram Strip Resort in the southern beach town Vung Tau. In April, at the IBF-WBO 4 Titles Match event, also hosted at The Grand Ho Tram, Quan defeated Delmar Pellio of the Philippines in the title match after 10 rounds. The victory helped Quan bring Vietnam the first title of the International Boxing Federation or IBF, one of the big four boxing federations in the world. Quan’s next opponent, Victoriano, is another talented Filipino boxer with 15 professional fights (11 wins, four losses and eight knockouts). Vung Tau City records crowded visitors on weekend. This morning, dozens of thousands of visitors flocked to the beaches in Vung Tau City. Many visitors gathered at Bai Sau (Back Beach) in the early morning, comprising of numerous children as it is in the summertime. Mild weather at weekend along with clear sea water attracted a lot of visitors at the beaches until nearly noon. The high volume of transport means also triggered congestion in some coastal streets of Thuy Van, Ha Long and so on.
