Hanoi has planned to build 48 new markets and upgrade 11 flower gardens and one park this year. The information was given by the vice chairman of the municipal people’s committee Nguyen Manh Quyen at a meeting with representatives from the city’s districts on Friday. Vietnam now sees a sharp increase in rice orders from the Philippines and China.
