Residents are cautious with scam spam messages related to recruitment notice. According to the PA05, people have recently received spam text messages for recruitment notices with remuneration of VND500,000 (US$21.6) to VND1,000,000 (US$43) a day. The police identified that it was one of the forms leading victims to actively contact with subjects and they can commit fraudulent acts of appropriating other people's properties. The scam tricks are often related to recruitment fraud notice, snatching virtual orders on e-commerce platforms to appropriate property, online investment, scamming victims to provide personal information, bank accounts to appropriate property and so on. Furthermore, some victims can be led to cross-border human trafficking rings. "Covid-19 vaccination is a requirement in the pandemic fight. As such, people need to get vaccinated as per existing regulations and at the right doses. The fact that localities are requesting people to sign forms to ‘take responsibility’ is to show their responsibility to the people," Phan Trong Lan, head of the General Department of Preventive Medicine, told press Monday. The statement was made as Covid-19 vaccination was slowing down in several regions, with many people refusing to get booster shots since they've already developed certain degrees of immunity from their previous shots and Covid-19 infections. The Ministry of Health has requested southern Vietnam localities to use up all their distributed vaccine doses before June ends, adding that people must sign forms to "take responsibility" if their decision not to get vaccinated causes an outbreak. In the first six months of 2022, Vietnam Airlines has resumed flights to 14 countries and territories, including the UK, France, Germany, Australia, the US, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, Cambodia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Lately, the airline has opened a new route to India and is preparing the necessary conditions to immediately reopen flights to China, Myanmar, and Russia when the conditions permit. The national carrier is expected to resume flights to Indonesia in July and key international routes to Japan, Korea, and Australia in November at the same flight frequency as in 2019. It hopes that it will be able to restore the entire international flight network, equivalent to that in 2019 by the end of 2023.
