Smartphone shops in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on September 26 offered the VND40 million price for 256GB storage option. Higher storage options of 512GB and 1TB cost VND45 million and VND58 million, respectively. The annual October book festival has become a must-visit destination for book lovers in the capital. For thousands of years, under the alluvial layer of the two rivers, deposits of rare and precious clay have been formed. They clay is the raw material to make red ceramic products, which Vinh Long is famous for. The pottery village along Co Chien river is known as the kingdom of red ceramics with more than 1,000 mushroom-shaped pottery kilns, some of them are up to 12 metres high. The administration of Tan Phu District in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday pulled down a house that had occupied the intersection between three streets for 10 years. Following the district’s encouragement, the owner of the house at the intersection of Au Co, Luy Ban Bich, and Ba Van Streets agreed to hand over the property to the district for demolition, Nguyen Quoc Binh, vice-chairman of the Tan Phu District People’s Committee, told Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper the same day.
