Vietnam and Bangladesah have ample room for achieving stronger growth in their bilateral trade cooperation, as the two countries share many things in common, including being emerging economies with stable development, having large populations, markets, and sufficient human resources. In addition, a huge number of young people in the two countries are able to quickly embrace advanced technology and innovation trends, said Pham Viet Chien, Vietnamese Ambassador to Bangladesh, the Vietnam News Agency reported. Vietnam, Hong Kong step up cultural, art training cooperation
At the MoU signing ceremony (Photo: VNA) Hong Kong (VNA) – A memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cultural and art training cooperation between Vietnam and Hong Kong (China) was signed on September 19 at the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts (HKAPA) in the China’s special administrative region. According to the MoU, in the coming time, the two sides will prioritise cooperation in training students, including enrolling Vietnamese students in education and training programmes of the HKAPA. Besides, cultural and art training units of Vietnam and Hong Kong will bolster exchanges and research as well as cooperate in organising training activities in the performing art, music, dance, drama, theater and film production, among others. Authorities in Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong Provinces, located in Vietnam’s south-central and Central Highlands regions, respectively, have sought to develop a 103km-long expressway linking the two localities in the 2025-28 period, said a local official. The administration of Khanh Hoa recently told relevant agencies to work with a consulting unit on a proposal to develop the Nha Trang - Lien Khuong Expressway project, Nguyen Tan Tuan, chairman of the Khanh Hoa People’s Committee, said on Thursday. According to the proposal, the route would start from an intersection with the Nha Trang - Cam Lam Expressway in Khanh Hoa to the end of the Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway in Lam Dong, with some 48km of the route in Khanh Hoa and the rest in Lam Dong.
