Minister hopes U.S. becomes biggest investor in Vietnam
He made the remark at a meeting with a business delegation of the U.S. - ASEAN Business Council (USABC) in Hanoi on March 21. This was one of the events to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic relations and 30th anniversary of Japan’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) to Vietnam. Steel price rises despite falling demand
