The agriculture sector in Binh Dinh Province, located in south-central Vietnam, proposed the recovery of four hectares of coral reefs in Quy Nhon Bay during a working session with the United Nations Development Program on Tuesday. The coral reef restoration is part of the 'Smart Coastal Communities Adapting to Climate Change in Vietnam' project in Binh Dinh, director of the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Tran Van Phuc said.
