
Lam Dong (VNA) – Police in the resort city of Da Lat in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong on March 27 announced that a Korean tourist died on March 25 after his motorbike crashed into a roadside power pole.
The victim was identified as Lim Chang Soo, born in 1969, from the Republic of Korea, registered for tourist accommodation from March 22 to 28, 2023 at Antonico villa at No. 20, Ham Da alley, ward 10, Da Lat city .
According to local authorities, around 2.30am on March 25, the accident happened when the man was driving a motorbike with a number plate 49B1 – 035.48 moving from Tran Hung Dao street to Hung Vuong street, in ward 10.
Local people took him to Lam Dong General Hospital. Due to his severe injury, the victim died at the hospital. Medical workers kept his identity papers and transferred them to authorities one day later./.
