An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank has named Le Thi Bich Phuong acting general director from January 30 in place of Nguyen Manh Quan, who stepped down for personal reasons.
But Quan remains permanent deputy general director.
Phuong, 46, deputy general director since December last year, has a bachelor's degrees in economics from the Vietnam National University – Ha Noi and in English language from the Hanoi Foreign Language University.
She has worked for 19 years in banking and finance sector, has extensive experience in retail and distribution channel development, and has held several managerial positions at Techcombank such as regional director in Ha Noi, sales and distribution manager in the south, head of personal banking and financial services, and executive board member during its transformation period in 2016-20. — VNS
