According to the travel website, Ho Chi Minh City came in third place thanks to its range of cheap dishes that have an average cost of just £1.77, equivalent to VND51,000, per dish. The southern metropolis also has high a quantity of street food vendors. Some of the most popular foods found in the city include pho, banh mi, known as a Vietnamese baguette in Western countries, and goi cuon, a type of fresh spring roll. Hong Kong topped the rankings due to its high number of street food stalls, the city has a total of 224 vendors, received a 100 per cent score on sanitation, and plays host to a wide array of food experiences which visitors can enjoy. Some of the unmissable cuisine found in Hong Kong includes curry fish balls, cheung fun, a type of rice noodle roll, egg tarts, egg waffles, and dim sum.
