The event was jointly organised by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMNAP), the Party Central Committee Commission for Communications and Education, and the Party Committee of Ha Nam province. HCMNAP Director, Prof., Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang emphasised that the seminar is a chance for delegates to study and get a better understanding about the life and glorious revolutionary career of comrade Luong Khanh Thien, a talented leader of the Party and a loyal communist who devoted his life to the national liberation cause and the happiness of the people. Comrade Luong Khanh Thien, who had made tremendous contributions to the cause of Vietnamese revolution, has become a respected and noble figure of Vietnamese communists and has always been a pride of the Party and Vietnamese people, Thang noted.
