Despite being a newcomer, the foreign-owned enterprise has already got involved in three large-scale property projects in District 1, HCMC, slated for completion in 2-3 years. Two projects financially backed by Alpha King are expected to be launched in September: the Alpha Town office block on Tran Hung Dao Street and the Alpha City complex on Cong Quynh Street. Inspired by the “ao dai,” the traditional Vietnamese long dress, Alpha Town is designed as a 35-storey building, supplying 70,000 square meters of office space and a 2,347-square-meter gross floor area designated for a shopping mall. Alpha City, a premium integrated development, comprises twin towers with 49 floors, two large atriums, a transparent façade with LED promotion screens and express elevators.
