During the day, the average temperature of Hanoi and many other northern localities will be 12-13 degrees centigrade.The cold front may last for a week, Lam added.Earlier, Hoang Duc Cuong, director of the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, forecasted that this year winter would be colder than the previous three years.He added that the cold weather ranging between seven and 10 days would mainly occur in January and February.
