Overseas Vietnamese designer to attend Paris Fashion Week 2017

Devon Nguyen will be the first Vietnamese designer to unveil her collection at the Paris Fashion Week 2017 in March, reports Sai Gon Giai Phong.
Nguyen will introduce her Spring-Summer creations which are meticulously made from beads. She said artisans need 100 to 300 hours to attach beads on a costume.
Devon Nguyen, born Nguyen Tu Diep in Vietnam in 1987, moved to Poland with her family at the age of three. She studied at Central Saint Martin in London, a cradle of world fashion talents. The designer had a chance to work for Burberry fashion brand and her collection was chosen for Mayfair Charity event in 2012.
