Kyoko Hirose, head of the IndustryDevelopment Agency in Osaka prefecture, made the affirmation whileworking with the Ha Nam provincial People’s Committee on September 3.
Kyoko Hirose is leading a business delegation from Osaka toVietnam. She said after visiting several Japanese enterprises in DongVan 1 and Dong Van 2 industrial parks in Ha Nam that her visit aimsto link both countries’ enterprises together.
She also spokehighly of the provincial leaders’ effective direction that has improvedthe investment climate in the locality, saying that such resulted in 40Japanese enterprises starting up operations in the province.
Osaka is now the hub of the Kansai economic zone, where powerhouseslike Sharp, Sanyo, Kintesu and Matsushita are operating.
Recently, Ha Nam has become appealing to Japanese SMEs.
According to the provincial People’s Committee, the province willgreet delegations from other Japanese localities like Kansai and Kobein the coming days.-VNA
