The department also reported that the number of newly-established enterprises during the period also increased by 9.5 percent year-on-year. This showed that investors regained confidence thanks to the Government’s solutions on removing difficulties.
In spite of the rise in the number of newly-established businesses, registered capital decreased and the scale of the businesses was small, the department said.
