PANO – 900 cadres and troops from Division 5 of Military Zone 7 took part in a ten-day fact-finding trip, from July 15th, to Long Khanh commune, Ben Cau district and Thanh Dien commune in Chau Thanh district Tay Ninh province to help local people newly build and repair 15km of local roads and upgrade 13km of irrigation canals.
The unit will also work with local authorities to disseminate the guidelines of the Party, policies of the State, Law on Military Service, traditions and missions of the army in general and the unit in particular, as well as present gifts to policy beneficiaries.

A signing ceremony for an agreement to build a secondary school in Tay Ninh province was held at the provincial Education and Training Department on November 14. Under the deal, the Japanese government will grant 80, 879 USD to Thanh Binh commune, Tay Ninh province to build a secondary school with 8 classrooms for 900 local pupils.
