Cuc designed the first floor as a hairdresser but the second floor was the place for prostitution. The spa opened from 10 am to 10pm, serving dozens of customers every day, mostly foreigners.
Whoremasters had to pay VND500,000 ($25), plus VND200,000 for room rent. Cuc said she earned VND3 million a day.
