PANO – Vietnamese Ministry of National Defence’s Steering Committee on Compiling the Vietnam People’s Army Combat Regulations (Steering Committee 92) opened a training course on this issue on July 15th in Hanoi.
The course is aimed to raise the awareness of officers and soldiers throughout the army about the role of the VPA Combat Regulations in building a revolutionary, regular, elite and gradually modern army.
The VPA Combat Regulations will be synchronized for long-term use in VPA training and combat. Accordingly, the trainees to the course will learn about the process, methods and contents to prepare combat regulations for their units.

A short training course for Lao journalists which is being held by Vietnam’s Ministry of Information and Communications opened in Vientiane in Laos on May 25th. PANO - A training course on traditional houses in the whole army opened on April 1st at the Cultural House of Military Zone 5 of the Department of Popularization and Training under the General Department of Politics. (CPV) - The 6th Vietnamese teaching course for security officers, interior officers and police from China, Singapore, Japan, the UK and Germany was opened by the Ministry of Public Security in Hanoi on May 3rd.
