(Cinet) – Recently, on behalf of some leaders of the MCOST, Deputy Minister Huynh Vinh Ai signed Decision No.1934/QĐ-BVHT on establishing the Promotional Office for building a Center for Vietnam and Korea cultural exchange. Decision is based on Decree No.185/2007/NĐ-CP on December 205, 2007 of the Government regulation about a function, tack, power and organization mechanism of the MOCST; regulation on foreign affairs of the MOCST attached with Decision No.83/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 of the minister of the MOCST as well as requirement of head of the International Cooperation Department and head of Vietnam Art Culture Institute. Accordingly, the MOCST allows Vietnam Art Culture Institute and Korea ACE VINA Company to establish a Promotional Office for building a Center for Vietnam and Korea cultural exchange aiming at promoting a understanding and friendship cooperation between people in two countries, Vietnam and Korea. The Promotional Office for building a Center for Vietnam and Korea cultural exchange belongs to Vietnam Art Culture Institute. A main head quarter of the Office lying in Vietnam Art Culture Institute in Hanoi and a branch of the Office in HCM City take over promoting and mobilizing some labor resource from some Korean organizations and individuals serving building the Center for Vietnam and Korea cultural exchange. Vietnam Art Culture Institute and Korea ACE VINA Company will be responsible for appointing some Vietnamese and Korean cadres to participate into the Office in Hanoi and a brach of HCM City as a current regulation of Vietnam law.
