Vietnam has established cooperation relations in the field of science and technology with almost 70 foreign countries and territories as well as international organisations, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The country has joined nearly 100 international sci-technology organisations either as an official or unofficial member. It has been implementing 80 government and ministry level agreements in this field.
In the recent five years, Vietnam’s sci-technology research projects has attracted 128 million USD from foreign investment.
At present, Vietnam has opened its sci-technology representative offices in China, India, Russia, France, Germany and the United States./.

The Ministry of Finance (MoF) reported that with support from foreign partners including the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the European Union (EU), and the World Bank (WB), its implemented projects have delivered remarkable results in public administrative reform. The MoF also presented a document formalising an action plan based on the broader financial strategy. Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai, who also heads the National Water Resources Council, made this statement on January 19 at a Hanoi conference with the theme 'Water resources and sustainable development'. Vietnam's Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Cao Duc Phat and his Israeli counterpart Yair Shamir pledged that the two countries will boost agricultural cooperation, particularly in seeds and high-tech agriculture.
