(VOVworld)- The two Koreas agreed on Friday to hold the suspended sub-panel talks for the Kaesong industrial complex next week. Seoul’s Unification Ministry reported that the meetings for two sub-committees in charge of investment protection and internationalization will be held on Nov. 13, with the sub-panel meeting to discuss rules on staying in the complex scheduled to be held the following day. The sub-committee for dialogues on travel, communications and customs will not be held as the North wanted to have such dialogue later.
