(VOVworld)- Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Vice Chairman Hua Ngoc Thuan is in Mexico to share local experience in poverty reduction in urban areas. During the visit until Monday as part of the United Nations Development Program project in urban poverty reduction, the Vietnamese delegation has worked with Mexican national council on social policies and the Ministry of Social Development and paid working visits to the capital city and Puebla state. They discussed with Mexican delegates ways to monitor multi-dimensional poverty to develop policies ensuring sustainable poverty reduction covering education healthcare, social welfare and food security.
