The department also reported that the number of newly-established enterprises during the period also increased by 9.5 percent year-on-year. This showed that investors regained confidence thanks to the Government’s solutions on removing difficulties.

In spite of the rise in the number of newly-established businesses, registered capital decreased and the scale of the businesses was small, the department said.

The number of enterprises suspending operations slowed down, only rising by 11.3 percent compared to the same period last year./.
