(VOVworld) – More than 200 scientists from 30 countries and territories are attending the 9th annual ‘Meeting Vietnam’ conference in Quy Nhon City in the central province of Binh Dinh from July 28 to August 17. Among the scientists attending the event are five Nobel Laureates.
For the event, the organizing board inaugurated the main conference room of the International Centre for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICIS). Once completed, the center will consist of a large auditorium, conference rooms, offices, a cafeteria, a panoramic terrace, and a planetarium. A hotel, a restaurant, and a swimming pool will be operated independently. Professor Tran Thanh Van, the project’s initiator, says: “This is an international center where scientists can meet and exchange ideas. It’s also a great place for scientists to work.”
