On behalf of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has just signed Document No. 1309/TTg-KTN on processing 4 stations selling fee-collecting tickets on the National Highway, in which Ban Thach toll-station (Km1350 +150 on the National Highway 1 in Hoa Xuan Nam commune, Dong Hoa district, Phu Yen province) is formally transferred into BOT station (payback charging-station for the project of Ca Pass road-tunnel) to collect payback-fee for the BOT project of Ca Pass road-tunnel since 0 hour of September 1st, 2013.

According to the above document, the plan purchasing fee-collecting for the remaining period of fee-collecting in Ban Thach charging-station is conducted as the recommendations of the Ministry of Traffic and Transportation and the Ministry of Finance, which will be taken into calculating for the financing options of Ca Pass road-tunnel’s BOT project.
Mr. Tran Dai Xuan, Deputy of Managing Board of Ca Pass road-tunnel project let known, previously, on the date of April 11th, 2012, the Prime Minister issued a number of mechanisms to perform in the Document No. 476/TTg -KTN, including the handover of the two charging-booths of Ban Thach and Ninh An (Km 1408 +200 on the National Highway No. 1, Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa province) to the investors in order to return capital with the aim of encouraging investors to implement the infrastructure project under the form of BOT and BT.
